REFUND POLICY

NON-DCJS COURSE REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to credit it towards a future training offering. If you do not follow this policy, you risk losing a credit to  future class offerings. 

DCJS COURSE REFUND POLICY: 

Students will receive a 100% refund prior to the start of instruction. 

Courses divided between two sessions, student will receive a 50% refund if requested before start of second session. 

   Courses divided into four sessions, the refund schedule shall be 75%, 50%, and 25%.

   A security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable registration fees, cancellation fees, or deposits. 

DCJS COURSE REFUND PROCEDURE:

Cancellation must be submitted in writing, to Christopher Simmons with Corpus Reality Based Training at (845) 481-0857 info@corpus-RBT.com Refund will be granted within 3 days of receiving the request.
